Public Comment Peter Beardmore: I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the loss of Margherite Okerman, she was a pillar of our community for generations along with her husband. She was a librarian in our school system for 20 years at the same time her husband was our Facilities and Grounds Director. They were visible all the time and continued to be throughout the years. My deepest sympathy to her family. Last week there was a payroll change based on a policy that should not be in place, based on overtime. I do not believe our employees were appropriately or proactively communicated with. We acknowledge the miss of communication between the town and the school. As new leadership comes to town hall we need to work to be a true team and partnership 3.
