Public Comment - None 3. New Business Action a. FY26 Capital Plan Dr. Burnham reports we were awarded a Green Communities Grant of $200,000 and additional rebate saving that could be applied to the cost of phase 2 of the mini split installation at the Primary School. There was a discussion of the different ways we could secure the remaining funds for the project and it was determined the best resolution is to amend the Capital Plan requests for 2026. Mr. Beardmore makes a motion to endorse the town manager and the superintendents plan to modify our request and extend the request back to the town manager, Mr. Sculimbrene seconds the motion all approve via roll call vote 4. Public Comment Mr. Beardmore I want to thank the town manager for her willingness to be extremely creative and flexible in her approach and collaborative is much appreciated. Her willingness to work with us is greatly appreciated. 5.
