 Town of Lunenburg  Select Board Meeting Minutes Lunenburg Middle/High School Auditorium 1079 Massachusetts Avenue Saturday, May 3, 2025  Members Present: Chair Caesar Nuzzolo, Vice-Chair Michael-Ray Jeffreys, Clerk Amanda Moore, Member Tom Alonzo, and Member Renee Emkey Members Absent: None  CALL TO ORDER  Chair Caesar Nuzzolo called the meeting to order at 8:30 AM.  NEW BUSINESS I. POTENTIAL VOTES ON DEFERRED WARRANT ARTICLES  Vice-Chair Michael-Ray Jeffreys moved pass overArticle 5. Seconded by Member Tom Alonzo. Call for the vote: Five-aye. The motion passed unanimously (5-0-0).  Vice-Chair Jeffreys moved pass overArticle 6. Seconded by Member Alonzo. Call for the vote: Five-aye. The motion passed unanimously (5-0-0).  Vice-Chair Jeffreys moved to recommend approval of Article 7: That the town transfer from Free Cash the sum of $50,000 to Line 79 of the FY2025 Omnibus Budget, “School Department”, and further to transfer from Free Cash the sum of $48,966.86 to Line 70 of the FY2025 Omnibus Budget, “Snow Removal Epense”. Seconded by Member Alonzo. Call for the vote: Five-aye. The motion passed unanimously (5-0-0).  Vice-Chair Jeffreys moved to recommend approval of Article 8: That the town raise and appropriate the sum of $244,576, transfer from Free Cash the sum of $655,424 and transfer from Article 6 of the May 7, 2022 Annual Town Meeting the sum of $325,000 for a total appropriation of $1,225,000 to fund the FY26 Capital Plan Option 2 as appearing in the May 3, 2025 Annual Town Meeting Warrant Booklet.  Seconded by Member Alonzo. Call for the vote: Five-aye. The motion passed unanimously (5-0-0).  ADJOURNMENT  Vice-Chair Jeffreys moved to adjourn. Seconded by Member Alonzo.
