Select Board Meeting Minutes 
Town Hall, 17 Main Street and via Zoom 
Tuesday, August 5, 2025 
 
Members Present: Vice-Chair Amanda Moore (via Zoom), Clerk Renee Emkey, and Member 
Glenn McLeod 
Members Absent: Chair Caesar Nuzzolo and Member Brian Lehtinen 
Also Present: Jennifer Warren-Dyment, Town Manager  
 
CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 
Clerk Renee Emkey called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and led the Pledge of Allegiance. . 
 
I. SCHEDULED MEETING AND HEARINGS 
7:05 PM Public Hearing: Application submitted by The Club: Lunenburg Teen Center for the 
“Shrieks and Krieks Haunted House and Hayride Fall Festival” on Saturday, October 18, 2025 
from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM. 
Clerk Emkey read the Public Hearing Notice and opened the public hearing. 
 
Michelle Belleza, Director of the Club, presented the request for the “Shrieks and Krieks 
Haunted House and Hayride Fall Festival”. This is a fundraiser that supports the Club’s after-
school program and is their second biggest fundraiser. 
 
Motion by Member Glenn McLeod to close the public hearing. Seconded by Vice-Chair 
Amanda Moore. Vice-Chair Moore–aye, Member McLeod-aye, Clerk Emkey–aye. The 
motion passed unanimously (3-0-0). 
 
Motion by Clerk Emkey to approve the special event license for the “Shrieks and Krieks 
Haunted House and Hayride Fall Festival” on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 4:30 PM to 
9:30 PM with a rain date of October 25, 2025. Seconded by Vice-Chair Moore. Roll call 
vote: Vice-Chair Moore–aye, Member McLeod-aye, Clerk Emkey–aye. The motion passed 
unanimously (3-0-0). 
 
II. UPCOMING MEETING/EVENTS SCHEDULE 
August 19.  
Tri-Board meeting August 26 
   
III. ADJOURN 
 
Member McLeod moved to adjourn. Seconded by Vice-Chair Moore. Roll call vote: Vice-
Chair Moore–aye, Member McLeod-aye, Clerk Emkey–aye. The motion passed 
unanimously (3-0-0).
