Meeting called to order by Chair Doreen Noble at 2:00 P.M. Eagle House. Members present: Doreen
Noble, Kathryn Herrick, David Manzello, Shelley McCaie and Jean Larkin.
Jean Larkin was sworn in as member at large. Shelley McCaie, Treasurer and Jean Larkin were
welcomed as new members.
General Discussion: An overview of the program; advertising and promotion were all discussed.
Ms Noble to provide copies of forms used to new members.
Applications were reviewed - determined we will not require income verification for repeats.
