January 8, 2015
Meeting called to order by Chair Doreen Noble at 4:00 P.M. Town Hall. Members present: Doreen
Noble, Kathryn Herrick and Jean Larkin.
Ms Noble to send memo to Assessors regarding membership - Assessor (or agent)required on
Committee also Treasurer but we only have acting Treasurer.
Much discussion re: IRS regulations and participants filing required paperwork (School will not require
fingerprinting) they are treated as employees due to Federal tax laws.
Four Applicants were approved and returned to last place of assignment. Eight other applicants are
pending - awaiting additional information.
