February 19, 2015
Meeting called to order by Chair Doreen Noble at 10:05 A.M. Eagle House. Members present: Doreen
Noble, Kathryn Herrick and Jean Larkin.
Minutes: Reviewed and Accepted-02/07/2011, 11/14/2011, 11/21/2011; 01/30/2012, 12/17/12;
01/14/2013, 02/11/2013, 11/5/2013; 01/27/2014, 03/10/2014, 11/10/2014; 01/08/2015
Review & Accept Program Rules and Guidelines tabled until we have a full committee.
General Discussion: centered around the implementation of IRS regulations and the effect on the
applicants; who needs to comply and who has already. Ms. Noble reported the status of last years'
participants, at least one participant donated hours and withdrew from the program rather than file
income tax.
We will continue to gather info from other Towns regarding promoting the Program and send
information to the local cable and Lunenburg Ledger for their town wide editions.
