Senior Citizen Property Tax Work-Off Program & Taxation Aid Committee
MINUTES OF MEETING - May 20, 2015
Meeting called to order by Doreen Noble at 1:02 pm, at Town Hall. Members present : Kathryn Herrick,
Myleen Mallari, Jean Larkin and Sheila Craigen. Sue Doherty also present as a spectator.
Approval of March minutes motioned by Jean and second by Sheila.
Current member status: Doreen motioned (per Myleen request) that Myleen no longer take minutes.
Doreen asked for volunteers. Sheila volunteered to take minutes and members approved.
Myleen and Sheila appointment good until June 30°2015 and will submit request for reappointment.
Jean Larkin will seek appointment for one more year.
Kathy will not be seeking reappointment.
Doreen will not be seeking reappointment. Doreen announced that she has submitted request for early
retirement with the date to be determined. Hence, Sue Doherty attendance. Sue Doherty will be named
interim. Sue may apply for the COA director position.
Discussion of potential members: Potential new members suggestion made by Kathy for Lynne Klaft.
Assignment: No new people to be assigned.
Brief overview of program: No discussion on the program.
Date and time of next meeting: Committee was unable to set a date and time for the next meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 1:32 pm.
