Highfield Village-Sewer Allocation Agreement Update- Barb reported that she received the Allocation Agreement
from counsel. The Commission reviewed the updated agreement and discussed concerns about the 2% interest
calculation. Barb will check with counsel whether we can update the agreement to have the interest applied correctly
and have an answer for the 6/11 meeting.
