Members present: Chair Tim Willsmer, Conservation Commission Representative Jenny 
Pewtherer, Select Board Representative Renee Emkey 
Absent members:  Member John Beale, DPW Director Bill Bernard 
CALL TO ORDER 
The meeting opened at 7:00 PM. 
I. PUBLIC COMMENT 
  There were no public comments. 
II. ANNOUNCEMENTS 
Renee Emkey suggests an additional member be added if Matt Proctor is 
unable to attend the meetings. Tim Willsmer will inquire with Matt Proctor. 
Tim Willsmer questions what the process is to obtain an additional member. 
Renee Emkey will read the charter. 
III. BOARD DISCUSSION  
CEI meeting with Select Board  
Bill Bernard was not available so this topic will be added to the next 
meeting agenda. 
Advertising Kickoff Ideas         
  Tim Willsmer questions if there is a ceremony when the BMP   
  project is completed. This may be an ideal time to advertise for the  
  educational portion of the BMP project. 
IV. MEETING MINUTES 
  5/16/24 
Renee Emkey was unable to read the minutes. Due to there not being 
enough people to vote this was postponed.  
V. ONGOING BUSINESS 
Highschool BMP 
The School Committee voted to not approve the Middle High School 
location for the BMP . The original location is being used by the school 
and there were also concerns about who would maintain the space.  
Renee Emkey states there has been no construction started and is 
unaware of a new location being discussed.

Renee Emkey questions if there is a deadline before a penalty ensues.  
 
Jenny Pewtherer suggests the location be approved prior to having the 
plans drawn up.

Next Meeting: July 18, 2024 
VII. ADJOURN 
  There was a motion to adjourn the meeting by Jenny Pewtherer, seconded by 
 Renee Emkey. All in favor. 
The meeting closed at 7:15PM.
