Meeting minutes for the Trust Fund Commissioners
 
 
Date: September 16, 2019
 
 
Meeting was called to order at 6:00.
 
 
 
Attendance: James Bersarkarski, Robert Herrick, Cathy Hennessy
 
 
Review of September 5, 2019 meeting
 
 
Commissioners spoke before meeting with resident who requested assistance
 
Ask resident about good faith loan/look into whether we can ask for money back
 
 
Met with resident who requested assistance
 
 
Asked resident to review the scope of the job and get a quote in writing
 
 
Asked resident to speak to insurance company to see if they will cover if not request a
 
denial in writing
 
 
Asked resident if they would be able to repay any of the money back but we reiterated
 
that it should not be a hardship.  The resident thought that they could manage $100 a
 
month.
 
 
Set another meeting with resident for Tuesday October 15 and Cathy Hennessy will
 
send her a reminder letter for the items
 
 
Commissioners continued with meeting after resident left and need to look into
 
community development block grant
