MINUTES FOR DECEMBER 20, 2019 TRUST FUND COMMISSIONERS
 
 
Attendance: James Besarkarski, Cathy Hennessy and Michael Gale
 
 
Reviewed minutes from November 4, 2019 meeting
 
 
Discussed citizen request for assistance. Discussed asking citizen to speak
 
with her church group for assistance and perhaps assessing the roof for
 
patching instead of replacing the roof.
 
 
We talked about getting a copy of denial from her (the citizen) insurance
 
company.
 
 
We asked Michael Gale questions about the trust fund commissioners role
 
and parameters in regards to distributing money to people requesting it.
 
For instance is a citizen required to pay back any of the money borrowed.
 
No is the answer. Or can the trust fund commissioners ask for some kind of
 
good faith pay back without requiring the person to pay back the
 
money-answer yes. We also asked if we could limit the scope of funds-that
 
was a yes.
