Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of App eals will hold a public hearing on 
December 10, 2014 at 8:00 P.M.  at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Joseph F. 
Bilotta Meeting Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition o f Whalom Road, LLC, Gary B. 
Lorden, Manager, 69 Massachusetts Avenue, Lunenburg , MA  01462.  The property, 
which is the subject of this case, is located at 250 Whalom Road, Lunenburg, MA  
01462; know as Whalom Luxury Apartments, Assessors  Map 91/382. 
 
The applicant is seeking to modify the existing Com prehensive Permit to increase 
the number of units to 120 by constructing five apa rtment buildings on 41 acres of 
land located at 250 Whalom Road, Lunenburg, MA  01462.   
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizi ng the Comprehensive Permit, 40B.  
If you wish to appear in support for or in oppositi on to the petition, you may do so in 
person, by agent or by attorney.  Copies of the app lication may be inspected in the Town 
Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board office during no rmal business hours.
