Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 7:00 P.M.  at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 
2nd Floor, Joseph F. Bilotta Meeting Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 
01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Peter M. Kelly, 841 Valley Road, 
Randolph, NH  03593, The property, which is the subject of this case, is  located at 36 
Summer Street, Lunenburg, MA  01462 and owned by Pe ter M. Kelly  Assessors 
Map 61/25. 
 
The applicant is seeking a Special Permit for Dimen sional Variation to construct a 40’ x 
50’ addition on the existing building to include an  apartment above as per submitted 
plans. 
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizi ng the Special Permit.  The basis for 
this Appeal for Special Permit is found in the Lune nburg Protective By-law, Section 
7.3.1., 7.3.2., and 8.3.2.1.4)

person, by agent or by attorney.  Copies of the app lication may be inspected in the Town 
Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board office during regular business hours.
