Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 8:00 p.m.  at the Town Hall, Joseph F. 
Bilotta Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition o f Wal*Mart Store #2118, 301 
Massachusetts Avenue, Lunenburg, MA  01462.  The property, which is the subject of 
this case is located at  301 Massachusetts Avenue, Lunenburg, MA  01462 and  owned 
by Centro GA Lunenburg Crossing, LLC, P.O. Box 4900 , Dept. 124, Scottsdale, AZ  
85261-4900  
 
The petitioners are seeking a Special Permit to uti lize an outdoor area in the front of the 
store at 301 Massachusetts Avenue for the display of seasonal items. 
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizi ng the Special Permit.  The basis for 
this Appeal for a Special Permit is found in the Lu nenburg Protective By-law, Section 
4.6.3.1.m.  If you wish to appear in support for or  in opposition to the petition, you may 
do so in person, by agent or by attorney.  Copies o f the application may be viewed in the 
Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board office during regular business hours.
