LUNENBURG ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS 
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 
 
 
Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 8:00 P.M.  at the Town Hall, 2nd Floor 
Joseph F. Bilotta Conference Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition o f Darren Specht, 131 Elm Street, 
Lunenburg, MA.    The property which is the subject of this case is l ocated at 131 Elm 
Street, Lunenburg, MA 01462.   
 
The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit for a di mensional variation to install an 84 
eighty-four, 270 kW ground mounted solar panels with a system size of 22.68 kW. 
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizi ng the Special Permit.  The basis for 
this Appeal for Special Permit is found in the Lune nburg Protective By-law, Section 
4.15.4.3.  If you wish to appear in support for or in opposition to the petition, you may do 
so in person, by agent or by attorney.  Copies of t he application may be viewed in the 
Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board office during normal business hours.
