NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 
 
Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 7:00 P.M., at the Town Hall, Joseph F. 
Bilotta Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition o f Central Mass Motorcycles, 321 
Electric Avenue, Lunenburg, MA  01462, and represen ted by Jill Normandin, 12 
Estabrook Park Road, Westminster, MA  01473.  The property, which is the subject of 
this case, is located at 321 Electric Avenue, Lunenburg, MA  01462. 
 
The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to have an automotive restoration and repair 
shop at the rear building and continue the existing  use of the two apartments and office in 
the front building.    
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizi ng the Special Permit.  The basis for 
this Appeal for Special Permit is found in the Lune nburg Protective By-law, Section 
4.6.3.1.d).  If you wish to appear in support for o r in opposition to the petition, you may 
do so in person, by agent or by attorney.  Copies o f the application may be viewed in the 
Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board office during regular business hours.
