NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 
 
Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at 7:00 P.M., at the Town Hall, Joseph F. 
Bilotta Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition o f Michael Bartnowski, 85 Island 
Road, Lunenburg, MA d/b/a KC Sales & Services, LLC.   The property, which is the 
subject of this case is located at 1312 Massachusetts Avenue, Lunenburg, MA  01462 
and owned by 1320 Mass Ave Realty Trust, Edmond J. & Steven W. Dionne, 
Trustees. 
 
The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to open a used car dealership and a Special 
permit to allow warranty work and detailing.    
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizi ng the Special Permit.  The basis for 
this Appeal for Special Permit is found in the Lune nburg Protective By-law, Section 
4.6.3.1.d. &j.)  If you wish to appear in support f or or in opposition to the petition, you 
may do so in person, by agent or by attorney.  Copies of the application may be viewed in 
the Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board office during regular business hours.
