NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 
 
Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 7:00 P.M.  at the Town Hall, Joseph F. 
Bilotta Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition o f Douglas Jackson, 93 Lancaster 
Road, Shirley, MA  01464 the property which is the subject of this case is l ocated at 436 
Massachusetts avenue, Lunenburg, MA  01462 and curr ently ownerd by 436 Mass 
Ave Realty Trust. 
 
The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to use the property as a single family home, the 
property is located in the commercial zoning distri ct and formerly known as the 
Hearthstone Agency.  
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizi ng the Special Permit.  The basis for 
this Appeal for Special Permit is found in the Lune nburg Protective By-law, Section 
8.3.2.1. (4).  If you wish to appear in support for  or in opposition to the petition, you may 
do so in person, by agent or by attorney.  Copies o f the application may be viewed in the 
Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board office during regular business hours.
