Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 7:00 P.M.  at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 2nd 
Floor, Joseph F. Bilotta Meeting Room, 17 Main Stre et, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 
01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition o f Stanley Miller, 233 Summer 
Street, Lunenburg, MA  01462.  The property which is the subject of this case is located 
at 234 Summer Street, Lunenburg, MA  01462 and owned b y Stanley Miller.  
Assessors Map 117/31. 
 
The applicant is seeking permission to demolish an existing retail building and to 
construct a new five bedroom home as per submitted plans.  The action will require an 
increase in nonconformity and a change of use. 
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizi ng the Special Permit.  The basis for 
the Appeal for Special Permit is found in the Lunen burg Protective By-law, Sections 
7.4.1, 7.4.1.1 & 7.3.2.
