NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 
 
Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 7:00 P.M.  at the Town Hall, Joseph F. Bilotta 
Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition o f Richard & Arlene Breau, 37 
Slack Brook Road, Leominster, MA  01453.   The property, which is the subject of this 
case is located at 691 Chase Road, Lunenburg, MA  01462 and owned by X QS 
Corporation, 51A Rocky Neck Avenue, Gloucester, MA  01930. 
 
The petitioners are seeking a Special Permit to con struct and operate two street hockey 
rinks in the commercial zoning district.   
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizi ng the Special Permit.  The basis for 
this Appeal for Special Permit is found in the Lune nburg Protective By-law, Section 
4.6.3.1.c).  If you wish to appear in support for o r in opposition to the petition, you may 
do so in person, by agent or by attorney.  Copies o f the application may be viewed in the 
Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board office during regular business hours.
