NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 
 
  
Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 7:00 P.M.  at the Town Hall, 2nd Floor 
Conference Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition o f John Rabbitt, 314 Townsend 
Harbor Road, Lunenburg, MA  01462.  The property which is the subject of this case 
is located at 314 Townsend Harbor Road, Lunenburg, MA  01462.    
 
The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit for Dime nsional Variation to create an 
accessory apartment within the existing footprint o f the dwelling on a nonconforming 
size lot of 25,602 square feet.  
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizi ng the Special Permit.  The basis for 
this Appeal for Special Permit is found in the Lune nburg Protective By-law, Section 
4.2.1.1.(b) and 8.3.2.1.  If you wish to appear in support for or in opposition to the 
petition, you may do so in person, by agent or by attorney.
