Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 2nd Floor, 
Joseph F. Bilotta Meeting Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Richard Contaxes, 281 Pleasant Street, 
Lunenburg, MA  01462 .    The property  which is the sub ject of this case  is located at 355 
Northfield Road, Lunenburg, MA  01462, Richard Contaxes owner.  Assessors Map 40-31. 
 
The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to erect a small scale solar array that will not meet the  
side setback requirement of twenty fiv e feet as provided in §250-4.15.3.3 o f the Code of 
Lunenburg.    
 
If you wish to appear in support for or in opposition to the petition, you may do so in person, by 
agent or by attorney.  Copies of the application may be inspected in the Town Clerk’s offic e or
