Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, January 23 , 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at the Lun enburg Town Hall, 2nd 
Floor, Joseph F. Bilotta Meeting Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Anthony C. & Kristine T. Jordan, 194 
Alpine Road, Fitchburg, MA  01420    The property which is the subject of this case is located 
at 30 Laurel Lane, Lunenburg, MA  01462 and owned by Anthony C. & Kristine T. Jordan. 
Assessors Map 99-42. 
 
The petitioners are seeking a Special Permit for Dimensional Variation to add a breezeway and 
two-car garage to the existing dwellin g.  T he action will require relief from the building height 
requirement and setback requirement as outlined in the Code of Lunenburg §250-5.3 A (2) and 
§250-5.2 E.1 (a).  If you wish to appear in support for or in opposition to the petition, you may 
do so in person, by agent or by attorney.  Copies of the application may be inspected in the Town
