Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on 
Wednesday, February 13, 2019  at 7:00 P.M.  at the Lunenburg Town Hall , 17 Main Street, Joseph 
Bilotta Meeting room 2nd Floor, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of John E. & David G. Saliba, 15 Maxwell Drive, 
Derry, NH  03038 .  The property which is the subject of this case is loca ted at 961 Northfield Road,  
Lunenburg, MA  01462. Assessors Map 37 parcel 9. 
 
The applicants are seeking a Variance to provide a proposal for a common driveway that would serve four 
(4) new building lots.   
 
If you wish to appear in support for or in oppos ition to the petition, you may do so in person, by agent or 
by attorney.  Copies of the application may be inspected in the Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board
