Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on 
Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 7:30 P.M. at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 17 Main Street, 2nd floor Bilotta 
Meeting Room, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of William Tapply, 146 Lancaster Avenue, 
Lunenburg, MA  01462.  The property which is the subject of this case is owned by William C. & Bevin 
M. Tapply, 146 Lancaster Avenue, Lunenburg, MA  01462. Assessors Map 71/29. 
 
The applicant is seeking a Special Permit for Dimensional Variation to build an addition on the existing 
home.  The proposal will require relief from both the side yard setback and height regulations as outlined 
in the Code of Lunenburg Sections §250-5.2E (1a) and §250-5.3A (2) respectively.
