Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on 
Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 17 Main Street, 2nd floor Bilotta 
Meeting Room, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Carl Flinkstrom, 3 May’s Field Road, Lunenburg, 
MA  014 62.  The property which is the  subject of this case is owned by Bremann Handyman and 
Remodeling, Inc. (Mauricio Bremermann ) 274 Union Street, Ashland 01721  and located at 111 
Massachusetts Avenue, Lunenburg, MA  01462. Assessors Map 76/46. 
 
The applicant is seeking a Special Permit to expand Lunenburg Veterinary Hospital’s operations to 
include 111 Massachusetts Avenue.  They currently are located at 109 Massachusetts Avenue, 
Lunenburg, MA  01462.   The request requires a Special Permit as outlined in Section  §250-4.1N (5) of 
the Code of Lunenburg.

by attorney.  Copies of the application may be inspected in the Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board
