Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on 
Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 17 Main Street, 2 nd floor Bilotta 
meeting room, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Mark & Nancy Chapdelaine, 31 Prospect Street, 
P.O. Box 292, Lunenburg, MA  01462 .  The property which is the  subject of this case is located at 101 
Fairview Road, Lunenburg, MA  01462. Assessors Map 80/22. 
 
The applicants  are seeking a Special Permit for Dimensional Variation to allow a proposed dwelling to 
have reduced lot width through the front of the building and therefore would not meet the minimum 175 
feet set forth in §250-8.3B.(2)(d).

by attorney.  Copies of the application may be inspected in the Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board
