NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 
 
  
Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 7:30 P.M. at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 
2nd Floor Conference Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Marilyn “Sue” & Perry Jewell, 
20 Sunset Lane, Lunenburg, MA  01462.  
 
The property which is the subject of this case is located at 30 Sunset Lane, Lunenburg, 
MA  01462 , and owned by the Luck Family Trust, Carl A. & Phyllis M. Luck, 
Trustees.    
 
The petition  is an appeal from a person aggrieved by the Building Commissioner’s 
determination dated October 10, 2019 with regard to a fence erected by the owners of 30 
Sunset Lane.    
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider the petition,  The basis for this Appeal for  
persons aggrieved  is found in the Lunenb urg Protective By -law, as per § 250 8.3.B(1). 
and §250-6.6(O) (1).  If you wish to appear in support for or in opposition to the petition, 
you may do so in person, by agent or by attorney.
