NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 
 
Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall, Joseph F. Bilotta 
Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of  Jose Iris De  Oliveria d/b/a Maxi 
Auto Inc., 40 Summer Street, Lunenburg, MA 01462.   The property which is the subject 
of this case is owned by Kelly Brothers LLC, 54 S outhold Road, Worcester, MA  01607  
and is located at 40 Summer Street, Lunenburg, MA  01462, 
 
The petitioner s are seeking a Special Permit to operate a used car lot f or fifty ( 50) 
vehicles at the property located at 40 Summer  Street, Lunenburg, MA  01462 and 
owned by Kelly Brothers, LLC.  
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizing the Special Permit.  The basis for 
this Appeal for Special Permit is found in  the Lunenburg Protective By -law, Section 
4.6.3.1.j). If you wish to appear in support for or in opposition to the petition, you may do 
so in person, by agent or by attorney.  Copies of the application may be viewed in the 
Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board office during regular business hours.
