Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at 7:00 P.M.  at the Town Hall, 2nd Floor 
Joseph F. Bilotta Conference Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition o f Cheryl Cila, 7 Alyssa Drive, 
Wakefield, MA  01880.   The property, which is the subject of this case, is  located at 58 
Spring Street Extension, Lunenburg, MA  01462.   
 
The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit to demolish the existing house and replace with 
a new home on a parcel containing .29 acres.  The s ubject property is located at 58 
Spring Street Extension, Lunenburg, MA  01462.   
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizi ng the Special Permit.  The basis for 
this Appeal for Special Permit is found in the Lune nburg Protective By-law, Section 7.4.
