The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Timothy S. Battles, CTB Holdings, 
LLC, 47 Hawthorne Village Road, Nashua, NH  03062 .  The property, which is the 
subject of this case, is located at 321 Sunnyhill Road, Lunenburg, MA 01462 and owned 
by Timothy S. Battles.  Assessors Map 79/57. 
 
The applicant is seeking a Special Permit for Dimensional Variation to vary the 
requirement of  Section 250 -6.4(C)(2)(d), which states that the maximum grade of any 
driveway shall be 12% (~16% proposed). 
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals wi ll consider the appeal.  If you wish to appear in support 
for or in opposition to the petition, you may do so in person, by agent or by attorney.  Copies 
of the application may be inspected in the Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board office 
during normal business hours.
