The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Phil Colameta, Colameta 
Corporation, 524 New West Townsend Road, Lunenburg, MA 01462 .  The property, 
which is the subject of this case, is located at 1207 Massachusetts Avenue, Lunenburg, 
MA 01462 and ow ned by  Stanley N. & Marie Barney, 1236 Massachusetts Avenue, 
Lunenburg, MA  01462.  Assessors Map 61/22. 
 
The applicant is seeking a Special Permit for Dimensional Variation from the “Lot Width 
through Building” requirement to construct a duplex.  Section 250-5.1B. 
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizing the Special Permit.  If you wish to 
appear in support for or in opposition to the petition, you may do so in person, by agent or
