The Lunenburg Zoning Board  will hear the petition of Matt & Nicole Mitrano, 120 
Benjamin Road, Shirley, MA  01464.  The property, which is the subject of this case, is 
located at 386 Sunset Lane, Lunenburg, MA 0146.  Assessors Map 135/5. 
 
The applicant s are  seeking a Special Permit for Dimensional Variation  to construct a 
farmer’s porch.  Section 250-5.2A.(1) requires all setbacks for building be located forty 
(40) feet from the front property line.   
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizing the Special Permit.  If you wish to 
appear in support for or in opposition to the petition, you may do so in person, by agent or 
by attorney.  Copies of the application may be inspected in the Town Clerk’s office or the 
Zoning Board office during normal business hours.
