Notice is hereby given that the Lunenburg Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public 
hearing on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 @ 7:30 P.M. at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 2nd 
Floor, Joseph F. Bilotta Meeting Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
 Lunenburg, MA 01462. The property which is the subject of this case  is located at 18 
Buttonwood Place, Lunenburg, MA  01462  and owned by Mark C. & Robin L. Bursch.  
Assessors Map 93-64. 
 
The applicant is seeking a modification of a previously approved Special Permit for 
Dimensional Variation to vary the Lot Width requirement defined in Section 250 -
8.3B.(2)(d). The previous request was to construct a single family home and the 
modification request is to construct a duplex.
