The property, which is the subject of this case, is located at 12 Sunset Lane, Lunenburg, MA 01462. Assessors Map 123-22. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit for dimensional variation to construct a new single family home. This action requires a relief from the building height requirement in the Code of Lunenburg Chapter 250, Section 5.3. A previous request for Special Permit for Dimensional Variation was approved April 14, 2021. The house has been demolished and applicant is seeking approval to rebuild.
