The petitioner s are seeking a S pecial Permit for dimensional variation to construct an addition. The existing structure is non -conforming by way of the setbacks along Sandy Cove Road (Section 250-5.2 A (1)) and the r ear setback (Section 250-5.2 E (1)(a)).
