The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Hillbilly Trust, John Potter, Trustee, 
22 Fairview Road, Lunenburg, MA 01462.  The property which is the subject of this case 
is located on 22 Fairview Road, Lunenburg, MA.  01462. Assessors Map 80 parcel 32. 
 
The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit for dimensional variation to construct an addition 
of a 32’x39’ garage.  The proposed addition intensifies the existing non-conformity along 
the side lot line and reduces the setback to 4.2 feet, the required setback in the RA Zoning 
district is fifteen feet (15’). 
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizing the Special Permit.  If you wish to 
appear in support for or in opposition to the petition, you may do so in person, by agent or 
by attorney.  Copies of the application may be inspected in the Town Clerk’s office or the 
Zoning Board office during normal business hours.
