Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on May 
28, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Joseph F. Bilotta Meeting 
Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Hernandez Family Realty, LLC, 68 
Weathervane Drive, Leominster, MA  01453.  The property, wh ich is the subject of this 
case is located at 48 Island Road , Lunenburg, MA 01462 and owned by Danny 
Hernandez, Hernandez Family Realty, LLC, 68 Weathervane Drive, Leominster, MA  
01453 & Gasbarro Enterprises, LLC,, 43 Forsythia Road, Leominster, MA  01453 .

The petitioner s are s eeking a Special P ermit for the reconstruction of a dwelling . The 
reconstruction of an existing nonconforming structure requires a Special Permit , per 
Section 250-7.4A(1) of the Zoning By-0law.   
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizing the Special Permit.  If you wish to 
appear in support for or in opposition to the petition, you may do so in person, by agent or 
by attorney.  Copies of the application may be inspected in the Town Clerk’s office or the 
Zoning Board office during normal business hours.
