Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on May 
28, 2025 at 7:15 P.M. at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Joseph F. Bilotta Meeting 
Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Tanner Cole, 856 Massachusetts 
Avenue, Lunenburg, MA  01462.    The property, which is the subject of this case is located 
at 1083 Northfield Road , Lunenburg, MA 01462 and owned by Tanner C ole.  
Assessors Map 55-2. 
 
The petitioner is seeking a Variance for the construction of a d riveway to provide access 
to five single family residential homes.  The Zoning By-law only allows for up to four lots 
to be served. To exceed four lots , a Variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals will be 
required.  If approved, a Special Permit will also be required from the Lunenburg Planning 
Board.   
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizing the Variance.  If you wish to appear 
in support for or in opposition to the petition, you may do so in person, by agent or by 
attorney.  Copies of the application may be inspected in the Town Clerk’s office or the 
Zoning Board office during normal business hours.
