Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 
25, 2025 at 7:15 P.M. at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Joseph F. Bilotta Meeting 
Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Edwin C. & Priscilla A. Deschamps, 
455 Northfield Road, Lunenburg, MA  01462.  The property, which is the subject of this 
case, is located at 499 N orthfield Road, Lunenburg, MA 01462 also known as Pat 
Brody Shelter for Cats.  Assessors Map 39, parcel 40. 
 
The petitioners are seeking a Special Permit for the alteration/expansion of the existing use 
per Zoning §250-4.1N (4).  This action will also require Planning Board approval.    
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizing the Special Permit.  If you wish to 
appear in support for or in opposition to the petition, you may do so in person, by agent or 
by attorney.  Copies of the application may be inspected in the Town Clerk’s office or the 
Zoning Board office during normal business hours.
