Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing 
on July 23, 2025 at 7:15 P.M. at the Lunenburg Town Hall, 2nd Floor, Joseph F. 
Bilotta Meeting Room, 17 Main Street, Lunenburg, Massachusetts 01462. 
 
The Lunenburg Zoning Board will hear the petition of Daniel & Rachel Brackett, 
850 New West Townsend Road , Lunenburg, MA  01462.  The property, which is 
the subject of this case, is located at 850, 852 and 860 New West Townsend 
Road, Lunenburg, MA 01462.    Assessors Map 5, parcel 3, 4, & 5. 
 
The proposed project involves the subdivision of the parcels identified as 850,852, 
and 860 New West Townsend Road and into 5 lots (including the existing single -
family house lot). The applicants intend  to construct a 5 -unit townhouse on each 
of the 4 lots created. The 4 lots will be accessed by a common driveway and each 
townhome will be serviced by private water and an on -site sewage disposal 
system. The project will require a Common Driveway and Storm Water Permit from 
the Lunenburg Planning Board as well  as an Order of Conditions issued by the 
Conservation Commission.  
 
The Zoning Board of Appeals will consider authorizing the Special Permit.  If you 
wish to appear in support for or in opposition to the petition, you may do so in 
person, by agent or by attorney.  Copies of the application may be inspected in the 
Town Clerk’s office or the Zoning Board office during normal business hours.
