MINUTES APPROVED December 22, 2022 On motion by Jewell and second by Watters, the above minutes were approved. All in favor. 77 PENINSULA DRIVE Doug Smith met with the board on behalf of the owner. This system is in failure. This is a small lot with an irregular shape that borders Hickory Hills Lake . Because of this, the available area for a system is limited. The property is served by public water. The wetlands (lake) are more than 100 feet away Variance requested: groundwater offset from 5 feet to 4 feet. This would reduce the surface grading. There are two wells on the property that need to be either decommissioned or approval granted for irrigation wells. This property is part of an estate to be conveyed to the Conservation Commission. After discussion and on motion by Jewell and second by Watters, the board unanimously approved the requested variances. All in favor. 493 WEST STREET Doug Smith met with the board of behalf of the owner. This system is in failure. The property is served by town water. The lot has shallow depth of soil and very high groundwater. Variances requested: Sieve analysis and reduction in 12” on inlet and outlet tees. This is an existing house and the plumbing cannot be raised enough to allow the tank outlets to meet the offset. There is a shallow well on the site that needs to be decommission or approval granted for irrigation. After discussion and on motion by Watters and second by Jewell the board voted to approve the variances. All in favor. 733 WEST STREET Dan Proctor met with the board on behalf of the owner. This system is in failure. This lot has high seasonable groundwater at 18: and a perc rate of 29 MPI. ===PAGE 2=== This is an existing house and the plumbing cannot be raised, an offset to inlet and outlet tees is requested. Because of the high ground w ater, the leaching area will be built above the existing grade, requiring considerable fill, therefore, a groundwater offset from 4 feet to 3 feet is requested. This will keep the fill on the owner’s lot. After discussion, and on motion by Jewell and sec ond by Emond, the board voted to approve the request for a one year extension until February 14, 2023. All in favor. Having no further matters before the board and on motion Watters and seconded by Jewell, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm, all in favor. ======================================================================================== DOCUMENT : 2023-03-06-agenda-41.txt BOARD : board-of-health DATE : 2023-03-06 KIND : agenda OUR COPY : https://lunenburgbudgetproject.org/docs/minutes/text/board-of-health/2023-03-06-agenda-41.txt TOWN PDF : https://www.lunenburgma.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_03062023-41 ======================================================================================== ===PAGE 1=== Town of Lunenburg Board of Health George Emond, Chairman Tel: (978) 582-4146, x430 Perry Jewell, Vice-Chairman 960 Massachusetts Ave. Paul Fortin Lunenburg, MA 01462 Evan Watters Contact: Andrea Schnepf Lisa Normandin NOTICE OF MEETING Monday, March 6, 2023 – 7:00 PM Ritter Building – Lower Level Lunenburg, MA 01462 AGENDA 7:00 pm 1 Valley Road Septic Permit Extension 7:15 pm 684 Flat Hill Rd Home baking/jelly license MINUTES APPROVAL February 6, 2023 OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS State Earmarks for State FY24 Budget SEPTIC PERMITS: TITLE 5 INSPECTION REPORTS: ADJOURNMENT ======================================================================================== DOCUMENT : 2023-03-06-minutes-41.txt BOARD : board-of-health DATE : 2023-03-06 KIND : minutes OUR COPY : https://lunenburgbudgetproject.org/docs/minutes/text/board-of-health/2023-03-06-minutes-41.txt TOWN PDF : https://www.lunenburgma.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Minutes/_03062023-41 ======================================================================================== ===PAGE 1=== LUNENBURG BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES Monday, March 6, 2023 The Board of Health met at 7:00 pm at the Ritter Memorial Building Members Present: George Emond, Perry Jewell, Paul Fortin, Evan Watters and Lisa Normandin MINUTES APPROVED February 6, 2023 On motion by Normandin and second by Fortin, the above minutes were approved. All in favor. 1 VALLEY ROAD The Septic Permit was originally due to expire in April of 2021, during Covid. In March of 2022, the then owner of the property requested a one year extension of the permit, which was approved until February 14, 2023. The property was then sold. The new owner would now like to begin installing the system and is asking for a one year extension to complete the work. After discussion, and on motion by Jewell and second by Fortin, the board voted to approve the request for a one year extension. This is the last extension that will be granted. All in favor. JEN DUFFY – RESIDENTIAL KITCHEN Jen Duffy met with the board. Ms. Duffy had been in c ontact with Bridget Braley, Food Service, for Nashoba. She was requesting a Residential Kitchen Permit to produce Jellies and Jam. Ms. Duffy has a septic system and a private well. These permits have been issued in the past. Typically, if a Title 5 has not be recently completed, the board would request one. In addition, a well test can be requested. Ms. Braley advised that “because you have a private septic a business from your home is prohibited – under Title 5 Septic Regulations. This would be cons idered a change in use of the property and could cause premature failure of your septic system”. Admin. Assistant Andrea Schnepf contacted DEP and spoke with James Laughlin. There is nothing in DEP or Title 5 that disallows the issuance of a Residential Kitchen Permit if you have a septic system and there is no guidance from DEP on this issue. DEP state that at one point they considered providing guidance but there is a reduction in requests and they never issued guidance. This was then sent back to the local Board of Health to address. Ms. Duffy stated that she is now a member of the Lunenburg Ag Commission and would like to participate in the Lunenburg Farmers Market. She has a small homestead on Goodrich Street. The volume of jelly she would produc e is small. She purchased the house less than 2 years ago and there was a Title 5 completed. Her well has a double filtration system on it. As Ms. Duffy currently has a full time job, she is not considering making her home kitchen her source of income. ===PAGE 2=== After discussion and on motion by Watters and second by Norman din, the board voted to approve a Home Kitchen License for Ms. Duffy. All in favor. In addition, Chairman George Emond will pursue this with the Nashoba Board as this has an effect on all of the Nashoba towns and by extension, the farmer’s markets. STATE EARMARKS FOR SATE FY24 BUDGET Town Manager Heather Lemieux sent general information for possible requests for State Earmarks for the State Budget. Member Evan Watters stated that as a member of the Finance Committee he is a part of this process should the Board have a request. After discussion, the Board did not have any request. Having no further matters before the board and on motion Normandin and seconded by Jewell, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm, all in favor. ======================================================================================== DOCUMENT : 2023-03-20-agenda-46.txt BOARD : board-of-health DATE : 2023-03-20 KIND : agenda OUR COPY : https://lunenburgbudgetproject.org/docs/minutes/text/board-of-health/2023-03-20-agenda-46.txt TOWN PDF : https://www.lunenburgma.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_03202023-46 ======================================================================================== ===PAGE 1=== Town of Lunenburg Board of Health George Emond, Chairman Tel: (978) 582-4146, x430 Perry Jewell, Vice-Chairman 960 Massachusetts Ave. Paul Fortin Lunenburg, MA 01462 Evan Watters Contact: Andrea Schnepf Lisa Normandin NOTICE OF MEETING Monday, March 20, 2023 – 7:00 PM Ritter Building – Lower Level Lunenburg, MA 01462 AGENDA 7:00 pm 105 Horizon Island Offset to wetlands 7:10 pm 41 Country Road Septic Permit Extension MINUTES APPROVAL March 6, 2023 OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS SEPTIC PERMITS: TITLE 5 INSPECTION REPORTS: ADJOURNMENT ======================================================================================== DOCUMENT : 2023-03-20-minutes-46.txt BOARD : board-of-health DATE : 2023-03-20 KIND : minutes OUR COPY : https://lunenburgbudgetproject.org/docs/minutes/text/board-of-health/2023-03-20-minutes-46.txt TOWN PDF : https://www.lunenburgma.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Minutes/_03202023-46 ======================================================================================== ===PAGE 1=== LUNENBURG BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES Monday, March 20, 2023 The Board of Health met at 7:00 pm at the Ritter Memorial Building Members Present: George Emond, Perry Jewell, Paul Fortin, Evan Watters and Lisa Normandin MINUTES APPROVED March 6, 2023 On motion by Normandin and second by Fortin, the above minutes were approved. This is a very small lot with a failed septic system. This property is a peninsula surrounded on three side by Hickory Hills Lake. Variances requested are offset to wetland from 100 feet to 25 feet. An aerated Jet System tank is being proposed instead of a septic tank, along with a Geomat pressure dosed leaching system. The system will be 5 feet above ground water. The treatment tank will reduce the strength of the wastewater before it is discharged to the leaching area. The new system, as designed, will be a vast improvement over the system that is currently on site. A poly barrier is required. Deed notations for the IA Geomat system as well as the Jet tank are required. An annual maintenance agreement is required for the Jet Treatment tank. After discussion and on motion by Jewell and second by Normandin, the variance was approved with the condition of yearly maintenance agreement and deed notations. All in favor. 493 WEST STREET Dan Proctor met with the board on behalf of the owner. This system is in failure and in the groundwater. The house is connected to pubic water. Soil testing was completed and an area was found for the installation of a replacement system, however, the water table was so high a perc test could not be conducted. The site is challenging in that it has very high seasonal ground water and limited areas of the required 4 feet of pervious soil. This matter has previously been before the board. What is being requested now is a reduction in groundwater from 4 feet to 3 feet and inlet and outlet tees reduction. This is due to the seasonal high ground water and to ma ke the installation of the system more affordable. This property will require a three bedroom deed restriction and the destruction of the on-site existing well. After discussion, and on motion by Jewell and second by Watters, the board voted to approve t he requested variances with the condition of a three bedroom deed restriction and destruction of the existing well. All in favor. 134 HOLLIS ROAD Dan Proctor met with the board on behalf of the owner. This system would fail a Title 5 inspection due to high seasonal ground water. Mr. Proctor stated that they dug 11 test holes, all ledge, no workable materials. A very shallow depth to bedrock was found throughout the site. Without the minimum soil requirements, a sewage disposal system could not be designed. The applicant is proposing to install a tight tank. Title 5 Regulations require the board to approve the use of a tight tank before they can move forward. In addition, the approval letter from the Board of Health must be recorded on the deed of the property. After discussion and on motion by Watters and second by Fortin, the board voted to approve the use of a tight tank on the above property. All in favor. Once the design plan is approved by Agent Jim Garreffi, a maintenance plan needs to be i n place, and deed restriction for the tight tank, as well as a deed restriction for a three bedroom dwelling ===PAGE 2=== 398 SUNSET LANE This residence on the property was a tear down/rebuild. A new well was required prior to moving forward with new construction on the lot. There is also an old point well on the property. The owner is requesting retaining the old point well for irrigation purposes. The old point well would need to be totally disconnected from the house. The point well can only be used for irrigat ion purposes. The re will need to be a deed notation that the point well is only for irrigation purposes. After discussion and on motion by Fortin and seconded by Jewell, the board voted to approve the use of the point well for irrigation purposes. All in favor. Having no further matters before the board and on motion Fortin and seconded by Watters, the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 pm, all in favor. ======================================================================================== DOCUMENT : 2023-05-01-agenda-44.txt BOARD : board-of-health DATE : 2023-05-01 KIND : agenda OUR COPY : https://lunenburgbudgetproject.org/docs/minutes/text/board-of-health/2023-05-01-agenda-44.txt TOWN PDF : https://www.lunenburgma.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_05012023-44 ======================================================================================== ===PAGE 1=== Town of Lunenburg Board of Health George Emond, Chairman Tel: (978) 582-4146, x430 Perry Jewell, Vice-Chairman 960 Massachusetts Ave. Paul Fortin Lunenburg, MA 01462 Evan Watters Contact: Andrea Schnepf Lisa Normandin NOTICE OF MEETING Monday, May 1, 2023 – 7:00 PM Ritter Building – Lower Level Lunenburg, MA 01462 AGENDA 7:00 pm 11 Longwood Oil Burner Fumes Complaint MINUTES APPROVAL April 3, 2023 OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS SEPTIC PERMITS: TITLE 5 INSPECTION REPORTS: ADJOURNMENT ======================================================================================== DOCUMENT : 2023-05-01-minutes-44.txt BOARD : board-of-health DATE : 2023-05-01 KIND : minutes OUR COPY : https://lunenburgbudgetproject.org/docs/minutes/text/board-of-health/2023-05-01-minutes-44.txt TOWN PDF : https://www.lunenburgma.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Minutes/_05012023-44 ======================================================================================== ===PAGE 1=== LUNENBURG BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES Monday, May 1, 2023 The Board of Health met at 7:00 pm at the Ritter Memorial Building Members Present: George Emond, Perry Jewell, Paul Fortin, Evan Watters and Lisa Normandin MINUTES APPROVED April 3, 2023 On motion by Normandin and second by Fortin, the above minutes were approved. All in favor. 11 LONGWOOD ROAD Rick and Linda Hillson met with the board. Mr. & Mrs. Hillson have had ongoing complaints of fumes coming from their neighbor’s oil furnace power vent. The power vent was installed as a part the construction of an addition. Mr. Hillson called MA DEP and spoke with Michele Delmar re who in turn contact ed Agent Jim Garreffi. In May of 2022, Garreffi spoke wi th Jim Ricci of the Lunenburg Fire Department. Prior to Garreffi’s conversation with Ricci, a n inspection was done through the fire department and it was noted that there was an odor coming from the oil burner as well as a soot problem visible on the home. At that time, the power vent was replaced and there was no longer a soot problem. Mr. Hillson has sent emails to Jim Garreffi when he noted a problem. Agent Garreffi has responded to those emails by inspecting the property when he is able as well as sitting at t he property at times when the burner fires up. He has noted an odor for approximately 3 – 4 minutes but then it disappears. Agent Garreffi has done many inspections but does not believe that the intens ity and duration of the odor rises to the level of air pollution. Agent Garreffi sent a letter to the homeowner asking about the performance and maintenance of the burner and power vent. The owner responded and advised that the both were working properly. There is approximately 100 feet between the power vent and the Hillson’s home. The Hillson’s stated that the owner of the adjoining property also has to close their windows w hen the burner is running. Mr. Hillson stated that he does not believe that the power vent is installed properly. The Hillson’s believe that weather, wind pattern and humidity have an affect on the migration of the fumes. Mr. Hillson stated that they can’t enjoy their property, they can’t stay outside, and they can’t open their windows. They suffer from physical symptoms such as coughing, burning throat and the fumes flare asthma. Chairman Emond asked why the air pollution definition cannot be used. Agent Garreffi stated that the there is not a long enough duration to cite the regulation. ===PAGE 2=== Mr. Hillson proposed installing a pipe up above the roof line instead of the power vent to carry the fumes upward. The estimated cost of a double wall chimney would be $2,000 for approximately 25 feet. He stated that communication with his neighbor is not an open communication right now. Member Normandin asking if a double walled pipe was installed would that satisfy the Hillsons. They agreed that it would. Jim Garreffi stated that he would like to see more information as well as more inspections of fumes noted. Chairman Emond asked that the Hillman’s keep a detailed log. After discussion, and on motion by No rmandin and second by Watters, this matter was continued until May 15th at 7:00 pm. All in favor. Having no further matters before the board and on motion by Normandin and seconded by Fortin, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm, all in favor. MEETING MINUTES Monday, July 17, 2023 The Board of Health met at 7:00 pm at the Ritter Memorial Building Members Present: George Emond, Perry Jewell, Paul Fortin and Evan Watters MINUTES May 15, 2023 June 5, 2023 Motion by Jewell and second by Watters to approve minutes. All in favor 131 ISLAND ROAD Doug Smith met with the board on behalf of the owner. Also present were Michael Koneko and Toshiaki Kanek, abutters. The current system on the property is in failure. The lot is small with the lake behind it and a well on the property across the street, which is within 100 feet of the leaching area. This property is connected to public water. Due to the sit e restrictions, a well variance is needed to the neighboring well from 100 feet to 72 feet. The proposed system is more compliant with Title 5 than what is currently existing. After discussion and input from the abutter , motion by Jewell and second by Watters to approve the variance conditioned upon the abutter ’s well being tested and the recording of a two bedroom deed restriction. All in favor. 1074 LANCASTER AVENUE Jack Maloney met with the board on behalf of the owner. The system at this property is in failure. This site is very small, wetlands (pond behind) and a number of wells . The sewage disposal system to the left was recently upgraded to a tight tank. The alternative to the proposed system would be a tight tank. The proposed system is far superior to the system presently on the lot. What is being proposed is the use of Singulair treatment septic tank and a GeoMat leaching field, which will be pressure dosed. This design maximizes the required offsets from wells, wetlands and property lines. Variances requested: Offsets to neighboring wells: 100 feet to 67.1 feet 100 feet to 62.7 feet 100 feet to 77 feet Wetlands: 100 feet to 50 feet Cellar wall: 20 feet to 6.5 feet ===PAGE 2=== Property lines: 10 feet to 2.0 feet (Tank) 10 feet to 2.8 feet (Pump Chamber) Use of a Sieve Analysis Reduction of 25% in the required S.A.S.design requirements. Because of the location of the driveway, well and wetlands the space available for the placement of the system is reduced. The perc rate on this property is 30 MPI. Variances requested: Offset to property line: 10 feet to 8 feet Offset to Groundwater: 4 feet to 3 feet Offset to wetland 100 feet to 59 feet Sieve Analysis There is a question of whether or not there is a required abutter notification, which was not done. Also present where Dale and Kevin Lucier and Francis Bergeron, abutters. Currently there is a cesspool on the property , which is in failure. The property is served by a private well and in addi tion, there are abutting wells within 100 feet of the proposed system . One of the abutting wells serves more than one property. This was a challenging lot. The lot is small in size, has wetlands (lake), abutting wells all less than 100 feet from the proposed system. What is being proposed is a S ingular treatment tank , which would reduce the strength of the wastewater before it is discharged into the ground. The treatment tank requires a service contract. The alternative is a tight tank, which both the board and DEP do not favor. They are also proposing replacing the existing wall with an engineered block wall and wrapping the system in a poly barrier. Variances requested are: Offset to well: 100’ to 55’ #84 100’ to 89’ #80 100’ to 62.5’ #86 Wetlands: 100’ to 50’ Property line: 10’ to 7.4’ Cellar Wall Tank - 7’ to SAS -6’ Only one deep hole Currently, this property has a cesspool. The system being proposed is a vast improvement in a septic system without having to install a tight tank. T he proposed system is farther away from the well and provides treatment prior to being discharged to the ground. The tank requires a Maintenance Agreement and the surrounding wells will be tested. A two bedroom deed restriction is also required. After discussion and on motion by Jewell and second by Normandin, the variances were approved with the condition of a Maintenance A greement on the tank, two bedroom deed restriction and testing of abutting wells. All in favor. ===PAGE 2=== 318 HOWARD STREET Brian Melisi met with the board of behalf of the owner. Also present was Kevin O’Brien, owner. This system on this lot is in failure with the leaching area in high ground water. The property has high ground water. Variances requested are: Offset to groundwater 4’ to 3’ Inlet and outlet tees Both Mr. Melisi and owner Kevin O’Brien agreed to install a new septic tank and move both the septic tank and pump chamber closer to the road. The groundwater offset variance helps with grading. After discussion and on motion by Normandin and second by Fortin, the variances were approved. All in favor. NEW NASHOBA AGENT Jim Garreffi met with the board to introduce Cara Olejarz. Ms. Olejarz will be Lunenburg’s new Nashoba Agent starting October 2, 2023. Ms. Olejarz has been with Nashoba since November, 2022 and has completed training. Jim Garreffi stated that he is looking to even out his time and reduce the number of towns he is currently committed to. He will continue to be available to the board should they require it . Ms. Olejarz is also the agent for Shirley. She will be in Lunenburg on Mondays and Wednesday from 10 until noon. Jim Garreffi stated that he feels Ms. Olejarz is more than ready to be our agent. The Board welcomed her. Having no further matters before the board and on motion by Watters and seconded by Normandin, the meeting was adjourned at 8:15 pm, all in favor. ======================================================================================== DOCUMENT : 2023-10-02-agenda-3216.txt BOARD : board-of-health DATE : 2023-10-02 KIND : agenda OUR COPY : https://lunenburgbudgetproject.org/docs/minutes/text/board-of-health/2023-10-02-agenda-3216.txt TOWN PDF : https://www.lunenburgma.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_10022023-3216 ======================================================================================== ===PAGE 1=== ======================================================================================== DOCUMENT : 2023-10-16-agenda-433.txt BOARD : board-of-health DATE : 2023-10-16 KIND : agenda OUR COPY : https://lunenburgbudgetproject.org/docs/minutes/text/board-of-health/2023-10-16-agenda-433.txt TOWN PDF : https://www.lunenburgma.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_10162023-433 ======================================================================================== ===PAGE 1=== Town of Lunenburg Board of Health George Emond, Chairman Tel: (978) 582-4146, x430 Evan Watters, Vice-Chairman 960 Massachusetts Ave. Perry Jewell Lunenburg, MA 01462 Paul Fortin Contact: Andrea Schnepf Lisa Normandin NOTICE OF MEETING Monday, October 16, 2023 – 7:00 PM Ritter Building – Lower Level Lunenburg, MA 01462 AGENDA 7:00 pm 386 Sunset Lane Offset to wetlands, innovative system, offset to property line, offset to cellarwall, well offset less than 100 feet, deep hole 7:15 pm 747 Chase Road Design flow based on water meter readings, sewer pipe greater than 100 feet 7:30 pm 77 Chase Road Offset to groundwater, inlet and outlet tees MINUTES APPROVAL October 2, 2023 OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS Police request for Opioid Funds – Town Meeting Warrant Article SEPTIC PERMITS: TITLE 5 INSPECTION REPORTS: ADJOURNMENT ======================================================================================== DOCUMENT : 2023-11-06-agenda-2109.txt BOARD : board-of-health DATE : 2023-11-06 KIND : agenda OUR COPY : https://lunenburgbudgetproject.org/docs/minutes/text/board-of-health/2023-11-06-agenda-2109.txt TOWN PDF : https://www.lunenburgma.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_11062023-2109 ======================================================================================== ===PAGE 1=== Town of Lunenburg Board of Health George Emond, Chairman Tel: (978) 582-4146, x430 Evan Watters, Vice-Chairman 960 Massachusetts Ave. Perry Jewell Lunenburg, MA 01462 Paul Fortin Contact: Andrea Schnepf Lisa Normandin NOTICE OF MEETING Monday, November 6, 2023 – 7:00 PM Ritter Building – First Floor Conference Room Lunenburg, MA 01462 AGENDA 7:00 pm 386 Sunset Lane Offset to wetlands, innovative system, offset to property line, offset to cellar wall, well offset less than 100 feet, deep hole 7:15 pm 38 Oak Ridge Offset to Wetland, Offset to well, Offset to groundwater 7:30 pm 85 Chase Road Offset to wetland, groundwater offset, sieve analysis, inlet and outlet tees 7:45 pm 337 West Street Groundwater offset 8:00 pm 79 Robbs Hill Fire rebuild excess of rooms allowed with current septic permit 8:15 pm 372 Flat Hill Road Building permit, finish basement excess of rooms allowed with current permit 8:30 pm 321 Sunny Hill Road Installers as-built not being provided 8:45 pm Marshall Park Update MINUTES APPROVAL October 16, 2023 OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS SEPTIC PERMITS: TITLE 5 INSPECTION REPORTS: ADJOURNMENT ======================================================================================== DOCUMENT : 2023-12-18-agenda-6127.txt BOARD : board-of-health DATE : 2023-12-18 KIND : agenda OUR COPY : https://lunenburgbudgetproject.org/docs/minutes/text/board-of-health/2023-12-18-agenda-6127.txt TOWN PDF : https://www.lunenburgma.gov/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_12182023-6127 ======================================================================================== ===PAGE 1=== Town of Lunenburg Board of Health George Emond, Chairman Tel: (978) 582-4146, x430 Evan Watters, Vice-Chairman 960 Massachusetts Ave. Perry Jewell Lunenburg, MA 01462 Paul Fortin Contact: Andrea Schnepf Lisa Normandin NOTICE OF MEETING Monday, December 18, 2023 – 7:00 PM Ritter Building – First Floor Conference Room Lunenburg, MA 01462 AGENDA 7:00 pm 37 Pearl Offset to wetland, offset to well, offset to cellar wall, sieve analysis MINUTES APPROVAL October 16, 2023 OLD BUSINESS NEW BUSINESS SEPTIC PERMITS: TITLE 5 INSPECTION REPORTS: ADJOURNMENT
