PUBLIC HEARING re: 1325 Mass. Ave. Jean and Dan Proctor have applied for demolition of 1325 Mass. Ave. Very little of the house is original, and would not be economically feasible to restore. Bill Lakso read the site visit report, and a vote was taken. The Commission unanimously approved the demolition with no delay. PUBLIC HEARING re: 44 Pierce Ave. Mr. Colamita has applied for the demolition of 44 Pierce Ave. Unanimous vote taken for demolition without delay. Minutes from December’s meeting were read by Jennifer Sanderson and accepted. NO OLD BUSINESS 68 ELM ST. Chair Richard McGrath has received a response from the Mass. Preservation Society. The Commission still has money in the budget, which could potentially be used for signage/banners. Jennifer Sanderson is going to look into the Hometown Hero Program. The APDC meeting regarding the Ritter Building was televised. The architect hired to replace the windows has retired, and an incorrect count of the windows will require new plans, and a new architect. Meeting adjourned at 7:30.
