Would like to hire one but need to get approval from the personal committee. • Live stream the school graduations’ next week on Youtube, Channel 9, and Facebook. • A zoom refresher meeting will be held for the videographers. • A hybrid meeting test with Heather L. • Subscriber numbers from mass access: 2700(?) subscribers in Lunenburg. • A legislative overview meeting will be held this month for rights of way. • PACC cookout July 31st. • Channel 9 programming: 9% local, 71% shared. Manager’s update: • Castus problems were rectified. • Maddie Ross started and is doing a good job. • Salvation Army’s promo was recorded. • Scott Finnigan resigned. • Delay in story time was delayed due to family emergency. • Two football games were recorded. • Jo met with Karen to discuss the capitol fund. • Production technician job description will be submitted to the town after review by the chairman. • Covered Homecoming parade and football game. • Getting ready for the basketball productions. • Covering a lot of Eagle House events. • Maddie is trained and ready to record town live meetings. • New IT consultant will be migrating email and files share to Microsoft next month. • Jo attended Mass Access October 25th meet and greet among with Steve. • Looked into placing PAC’s files into the town storage. • Conducting a studio lightning review. • Looking to repair a JVC camera with a broken HDMI input. • Ending balance of $827,232.86. • 65% downloads and 35% local. Studio Space: • A meeting of the reuse committee will be meeting soon for an update. We need to start l ooking for a new space. Discuss PAC bylaws/PACC Handbook: • Add the 3rd channel 99 and not allow full time Lunenburg High School students to be committee members. • Change: To reword that the Select Board will nominate a new committee member through the proper process. • PACC handbook can be changed anytime. Discuss Story Time: • No discussion needed Discuss streaming video proposal/HD Channel: • Franchise fees were discussed to the selectman. Statewide streaming service will be run through the state and not the local PAC’s. Town will get 40% prorated. • A letter was recommended to be sent to the state on behalf of PAC to support this recommendation. • HD equipment can be charged and taken out of the franchise fee of up to 5%. Discuss sports cameras: • Sports cameras are available to purchase. Committee made a presentation at Town Meeting. 2. PACC will meet with Architect over the next few weeks. 3.
