  • Reports. The analyses this project has written, school and town — every one listed on /reports.
  • School funds. One page for each fund other than the school budget that spent money on the schools: grants, revolving funds, lunch, gifts, circuit breaker. What each spent, where the money went, year by year.
  • Town annual reports. The Town of Lunenburg’s annual reports, every department and every year the archive holds, cited to the page.
  • Documents. Budgets, contracts, purchase orders and state files, cited to the page. Not minutes; the annual reports have their own chip.
  • Meetings. One card per meeting, newest first, wherever the words were found: the town’s minutes and agendas, our notes from the recording, or the recording’s captions. Each opens the meeting.
  • Meeting recordings. Machine captions of the videos, opened at the moment the words were said. A finding aid, never the record.
  • On this site. The board and meeting pages, the other pages here, and the posts written by this project. Reports and school funds have their own chips.
  • Job postings. Openings at the town (its own job board) and the school district (SchoolSpring), checked daily since October 2026. Ones no longer listed stay here and say so. All of them: /jobs.
  • People. Every name on the org charts — the town reports’ rosters since FY2011 and today’s staff directories — with each role and year. One name is not proven to be one person.

Each kind keeps its own count, because they are not the same kind of thing. A page of the district’s budget is a record; a transcript of a School Committee video is our machine’s hearing of a recording, and it is shown in its own colour with a timestamp so nobody mistakes one for the other.
